We will gladly issue a fair, pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your course or subscription duration.
To request a refund, please email support@exambytes.in with your order details and the reason for the request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but you will retain access to the course material until the end of your current billing cycle.
Certain promotional offers, digital downloads (such as PDFs), and one-on-one doubt clearing sessions are non-refundable once accessed or utilized.
